I am a posture and movement specialist with expertise in sustainable pain relief, optimizing body function, and achieving top physical performance.  My personal life involves technique, strength, and endurance based activities including dance, Kung Fu, rock climbing, skiing, and running.Â
I discovered my passion for understanding the body when I was injured and needed two surgeries. During recovery, I struggled to restore proper knee movement through traditional methods. Then I discovered a new training protocol, Exercise Anatomy, that uses simple movements to optimize physical performance. Not only was I out of pain immediately, my overall fitness increased to a level I hadn't experienced before. After interning with Cam Cameron for two years, I set out to practice on my own and have successfully assisted others reach their personal best fitness, get out of pain, and get back to the activities they love. Best of all, clients report feeling self sufficient in their bodies should a pain or discomfort appear later.
When done correctly, simple, precise exercises will increase lung capacity, relieve tension, signal spring and power from the foot up, and relieve many aches and pains caused by misuse, stress, and other detrimental lifestyle factors. My approach involves evaluating the position and functionality of your body and teaching you how to correct any imbalances.Â
